By creating a HappyPutt account you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be signed in to view any content. You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Business and organisation pages must represent a real business or organisation.
2. Community standards
No foul or abusive language, harassment, hate speech, nudity, or illegal content of any kind. Keep it about golf and keep it respectful. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
3. Blocking
Any member can block another member. Once blocked, neither of you can see the other's profile, posts or comments, and you can't message each other.
Direct messages, including photos, are checked by the same language filter and automatic safety check as posts. Messages that break these rules won't be sent.
If your account is blocked by more than 3 different members, it will be removed automatically. Your posts and comments are deleted and the email address used is permanently banned from rejoining HappyPutt.
4. Advertising
HappyPutt is funded by advertising. Sponsored posts are clearly labelled and appear in your feed.
5. Your information
By signing up you give HappyPutt permission to store your account information (email, profile details, posts, photos and messages). If at any time you wish for all your data and posts to be removed from HappyPutt you can 'Delete Account'. Doing so removes your posts, photos, comments, messages and login permanently, and no evidence of your account remains on HappyPutt.
HappyPutt does not use any data except for the running of HappyPutt. No data is passed to third parties nor is it sold onwards. Advertisers never receive your personal information.
6. Your content and permission to share
You take full responsibility for all material you post or share on HappyPutt, including text, photographs, comments, links and embedded videos. By posting or sharing material, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have obtained permission from the rights holder to share it in this way.
Your material must not infringe anyone else's copyright, intellectual property rights or privacy. Linking to or embedding a video, including a YouTube video, does not remove this responsibility. HappyPutt may remove material that infringes these rights or is shared without the necessary permission.
